RoboForex Minimum Deposit: $10 Accounts, $100 for Copying and Stocks
RoboForex's minimum deposit is $10 on its Pro, ProCent, Prime and ECN accounts, and $100 for copy trading and R StocksTrader. Deposits are free of RoboForex fees through more than 20 payment systems. Here is what each minimum means and how much to start with.
RoboForex's Help Center sets out its minimums plainly. On ProCent, Pro, Prime and ECN accounts, the minimum deposit is 10 USD or the equivalent in your account currency. To take part in copy trading, you need 100 USD, and an R StocksTrader account also needs 100 USD. RoboForex adds that payment systems can set their own minimums, so the real floor depends on how you pay.

How to deposit
- Log in to the Members Area and open Deposit Funds.
- Select the trading account to fund.
- Choose a payment system.
- Enter the amount and deposit currency, then click Continue.
- Complete any extra details the payment system asks for.
The RoboForex Wallet
You can also deposit into the RoboForex Wallet, available in USD, EUR and gold, and move money from there to any of your trading accounts, including R StocksTrader and copy trading accounts. Transfers in different currencies are converted at RoboForex's internal rates, which can change hourly. Money can only move within your own Members Area; you can't send it to another client.
How much should you deposit?
Ten dollars opens an account, but on a Pro account a single 0.01-lot EUR/USD trade moves about 10 cents a pip, so $10 leaves almost no room for a sensible stop. A ProCent account is built for small balances: $10 becomes 1,000 US cents, and trades are measured in cent lots.
| Deposit | Suitable account | What it allows |
|---|---|---|
| $10 to $50 | ProCent | Cent-lot trades with proper stops |
| $100 to $500 | Pro or ECN | Micro-lot trades; copy trading from $100 |
| $1,000+ | ECN or Prime | Lower costs on regular trading |
Deposit rules
- Trading accounts can't be funded from wallets, bank accounts or cards belonging to someone else.
- Account currency (USD, EUR or gold) can't be changed after opening.
- Payment systems can set their own minimums and limits.
- Processing times are given in working days.
Welcome bonus
RoboForex runs a welcome bonus program, which has its own conditions and isn't available on every account type. See our RoboForex welcome bonus page for the current terms.
Choosing a payment method
Deposits are free at RoboForex, so the method you choose matters most for withdrawals, where fees differ. Skrill carries a 1% withdrawal fee and Neteller 1.9%, while cards can cost up to 2.6% plus $1.30 and take up to 10 working days to come back. If you plan to withdraw regularly, starting with an e-wallet that suits your country can save money later.
Limits matter too. Card deposits start from $10, Skrill accepts $10 to $25,000 per deposit, and local bank transfers go up to $15,000. Larger deposits may need to be split or made by wire, depending on what your region offers. RoboForex shows the full list, with limits, in the Members Area once your account is verified.
Starting small, sensibly
A $10 minimum is generous, and it suits two kinds of trader: complete beginners who want to feel real-money trading on a ProCent account, and algorithmic traders who want to test an EA live at tiny size. For anyone planning to trade standard lots on a Pro or ECN account, a balance of a few hundred dollars gives room for proper stops and normal volatility.
Whatever you deposit, decide in advance how much of it you are prepared to lose. A rule many traders use is to risk 1% to 2% of the balance per trade, which on a $200 account means a maximum loss of $2 to $4 on each position.
Depositing in different currencies
RoboForex accounts are held in USD, EUR or gold. When you deposit in another currency, the payment system or RoboForex converts it. Funding in the account's own currency avoids paying conversion twice, on the way in and on the way out. The RoboForex Wallet can also hold USD, EUR and gold separately, and converts at internal rates when you move money between them.
Whatever you deposit first, you can add more later at no cost, so there's no need to fund an account fully on day one.
RoboForex's $10 minimum is genuinely usable on a ProCent account, where cent lots let you set realistic stops. On a Pro account, start nearer $200 so a normal stop is a small share of your balance.
Maria deposited $20 into a RoboForex ProCent account by card, which showed as 2,000 US cents. She traded 10-cent-lot positions on EUR/USD for two months. When her results held up, she opened a Pro account with $300 in the same Members Area.
