What a review must be
- Your own experience with the broker, on a live, demo or former account.
- Honest and independent. You are not employed, paid or rewarded by the broker or by a competitor.
- About the broker's service: accounts, deposits and withdrawals, platforms, costs and support.
- One review per broker from the same email address in any month.
- In plain words, without web links, phone numbers or contact details.
Reviews we do not publish
Statements that a broker or a named person committed fraud, theft or another crime, unless the review links to an official regulator warning or court decision.
Names, account numbers, emails, phone numbers or documents of staff, other clients or yourself.
Insults, threats, hate speech or harassment of anyone.
Reviews written for a reward, by a broker's staff or affiliates, or posted to damage a competitor.
Promotions, referral codes, signal-selling and links.
Detailed allegations in an ongoing legal case. Take these to the broker's regulator or the courts.
How moderation works
Before publication
Each review is saved as pending and appears only after a member of our team approves it. We may reject a review that breaks these rules, and we may remove an approved review later if it is reported and found to break them.
We do not edit opinions
We do not rewrite a reviewer's opinion or change a star rating. A review is published as written or not at all.
Records
We keep a record of when each review was submitted and when it was approved or rejected.
How to report a review
Use the Report button
Every published review has a Report button. Reported reviews are checked again by our team.
For a formal complaint
If a review is about you or your company and you believe it is false or unlawful, use the contact form and choose Correction request, or email [email protected] with "Review complaint" in the subject. Include the page link, the reviewer's name as shown and the reason. We reply within 24 hours on working days and may hide the review while we look into it.
Brokers
Brokers cannot buy, remove or change reviews. A broker that believes a review breaks these rules can report it in the same way. We do not take reviews down because they are negative.

Responsibility for reviews
Reviewers' own views
- Reviews are the personal opinions of their authors and do not represent the views of FX Recap or its team.
- Reviewers are responsible for what they write and confirm, when submitting, that it is their own honest experience.
- Reviews do not change FX Recap's own broker ratings, which follow our broker methodology.
