Exness Rewards: EXD earned on spread, converted to cashback

Exness Rewards is Exness's loyalty programme, and its only reward programme for traders, since Exness pays no deposit bonus. You earn Exness Dollars, called EXD, as a share of the spread you pay. EXD is then converted into withdrawable cashback as you keep trading: up to 50% of each later trade's spread or commission is taken from your EXD balance and paid to you as cash.

Exness says the programme is available to selected clients only. Log in to your Personal Area to see whether you have access; if you don't, Exness says it will notify you when it becomes available.

A simple illustration: you hold 20 EXD and place a trade that costs $10 in spread. Up to $5 of that cost is deducted from your EXD and paid back to you as cashback, leaving 15 EXD for later trades. Your EXD earning rate is personal to you and can change from day to day, so the exact figures in your account will differ.

Tiers and the 30-day rule

Your tier depends on how much EXD you earn within a 30-day period, plus a minimum number of lifetime trading days for the higher tiers. The 30-day period is personal: it starts on the day you join, not on the first of the month, and restarts whenever you upgrade.

  • Instant upgrades: tiers are checked daily and you move up as soon as you qualify.
  • Maintenance: to keep a tier, earn the same EXD needed to reach it in every 30-day period.
  • Downgrades: miss it and you drop one tier at a time.
  • Benefits: EXD boosters, market insights, priority support and dedicated account managers, with the full list in your Personal Area.

A month of EXD, illustrated

Exness personalises each client's EXD rate and doesn't publish a fixed one, so this example uses round numbers. Suppose you pay $400 in spread over 30 days and your EXD rate happens to be 10% of spread: you earn 40 EXD. Next month you pay another $400; up to half of each trade's cost can be paid from EXD, so your 40 EXD can turn into up to $40 of withdrawable cashback while new EXD builds up.

These figures are illustrative only. Your own EXD rate is shown in your Personal Area and can change from day to day.

Is Exness Rewards worth it?

There is no fixed lot or volume target, which keeps it honest: it is a rebate on trading costs you pay anyway. For an active trader on a spread-based account, getting part of the spread back is real money. The risk is the same as with every loyalty scheme, trading more than you planned to hold a tier. Even at its best, the cashback returns no more than half of what that extra trading costs you.

Exness pays no deposit or welcome bonus; see our Exness promotions page and the Exness review for accounts and regulation.

Key terms explained

  • Rebate or cashback: part of your trading cost paid back to you, usually as cash you can withdraw.
  • Tier: a level in a loyalty programme. Higher tiers usually earn more points for the same trading.
  • Spread: the gap between the buy and sell price, and the main cost of a trade on commission-free accounts.
  • Trading volume: the value of the positions you trade, not the money in your account. A small account can build large volume with leverage.

Who this offer suits

Exness Rewards suits active traders on spread-based accounts who already have access, since it returns part of costs they pay anyway. It suits less occasional traders, whose EXD balance builds slowly, and anyone tempted to trade more to keep a tier.

Mistakes to avoid

The common mistake is trading more to hold a tier. Your tier needs the same EXD each 30-day period, and the extra spread usually costs more than the cashback returns. Another is assuming a fixed EXD rate: Exness personalises it and it can change daily. Expecting access on a new account is the third, since the programme is for selected clients.

Before you claim: a quick checklist

  • Check your Personal Area for Exness Rewards.
  • See your current EXD rate before planning.
  • Know your 30-day period's start date.
  • Keep trading to your plan, not to the tier.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is EXD in Exness Rewards?

Exness Dollars, the programme's reward currency. 1 EXD equals $1, and EXD is earned as a percentage of the spread you pay.

How do I turn EXD into cash?

Keep trading. When you hold EXD and place a trade, up to 50% of that trade's spread or commission is deducted from your EXD and converted into withdrawable cashback.

Is there a volume requirement for Exness Rewards?

No fixed lot or volume requirement. Your tier depends on how much EXD you earn in your personal 30-day period, plus minimum lifetime trading days for higher tiers.

Why can't I see Exness Rewards in my account?

Exness says the programme is currently available to selected clients only. It will notify you when it becomes available to you.

Does EXD expire?

Exness's Help Centre article describes earning and converting EXD and the 30-day tier periods. Check your Personal Area for any expiry rules that apply to your balance.

Can I lose my Exness Rewards tier?

Yes. If you don't earn the same EXD needed to reach your tier in each 30-day period, you drop one tier at a time.

Does Exness Rewards change my spreads?

No. You pay the usual spread or commission; Exness Rewards gives part of that cost back as cashback from your EXD balance.

How fast is EXD credited?

The day after your trade closes, according to Exness's Help Centre.

Are Exness Rewards tiers checked monthly?

Daily. You are upgraded as soon as you meet the criteria, and maintenance is measured over your personal 30-day period.

Do commissions earn EXD?

Exness says EXD is earned as a percentage of the spread you pay; conversion to cashback can come from the spread or commission on later trades.

Can I withdraw EXD directly?

EXD itself is converted to cashback as you trade; the cashback is what you withdraw.
