- If you remain unhappy, escalate to the regulator or dispute body for your AvaTrade company.
Our AvaTrade regulation guide shows which company and regulator cover your account.
Weekend and out-of-hours issues
Markets open on Sunday at 21:00 GMT and close on Friday at 21:00 GMT, and crypto trades 24/7, but Client Services runs on weekdays. Plan for that: set stop losses before the weekend, keep enough margin, and save non-urgent questions for Monday.
Before you trade crypto at the weekend, make sure you can manage positions yourself, because support may not be available until Monday.

Your Account Manager

- Verification documents and the 14-day deadline.
- Swap-free accounts and Professional status.
- AvaProtect, MarginControl and stop out levels.
- Platform set-up, EAs and login problems.
Languages
Besides the English desk and native-language staff, your account area can be shown in 25 languages: open Personal Details, edit the language line and submit. AvaTrade also runs regional versions of its website in many languages, which carry local phone numbers and payment methods.
Updating your details
Most personal details can be edited in your account area, where you can also change your password. Email addresses are different: AvaTrade asks you to contact Client Services to change one, because each email can only be registered once. Keep your phone number and address current, since mismatches with your documents slow down verification and withdrawals.
Put every money-related request in writing and keep the reply. If a complaint ever has to go to the regulator, a clear email trail with dates and account numbers is what makes it straightforward.
Diego's bank wire withdrawal arrived $35 short. He emailed AvaTrade with a bank statement showing an intermediary bank charge. Support explained that AvaTrade covers transfer fees up to $100 but not charges from intermediary banks, and Diego asked his bank to avoid intermediaries on future transfers.
