LiteFinance crypto CFDs at a glance.

LiteFinance crypto CFDs at a glance.

LiteFinance says the 'largest set of cryptocurrency pairs' can be traded with it, and its crypto page lists dozens of coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cardano, Litecoin, BNB, Dogecoin, Polkadot, Chainlink, Avalanche and Tron, alongside crypto-related stock CFDs. Its page says trades are conducted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Crypto is available on both ECN and Classic accounts, and on ECN it carries a commission of 0.12% of the position's value.

At LiteFinance, crypto is traded as CFDs: you trade the price without owning or storing the coins.

Costs

  • ECN accounts: a raw spread plus 0.12% of the position's value, charged on opening on MT4 and MT5.
  • Classic accounts: a wider spread, no commission.
  • Swaps on positions held overnight, unless your account is swap-free.

On a $10,000 Bitcoin position on ECN, the commission is about $12. LiteFinance says it can change spreads and swaps according to market volatility.

Swap-free crypto

Many brokers exclude crypto from swap-free accounts. LiteFinance's swap-free page lists crypto among the markets available without swaps, with no extra maintenance fees. That makes it one of few options for holding crypto CFDs overnight without interest charges. Our LiteFinance swap-free guide explains how to apply.

Delistings

Because LiteFinance's list is long, smaller coins can be removed when a liquidity provider delists them. In August 2026, it announced that Storj (STR/USD) would move to close-only on 27 August and be removed on 3 September, with remaining positions closed at the price at that time. Watch company news if you trade smaller coins.

On a delisting date, any open position is closed at the prevailing price. Close or reduce positions in affected coins before then.

Placing a crypto trade

  1. Use an ECN or Classic account on MT4, MT5 or the LiteFinance web terminal.
  2. In the Client Profile's Trade section, open the cryptocurrencies tab, or find the symbol in Market Watch.
  3. Check the lot size in the specification before choosing a volume.
  4. Add a stop loss and, if you use one, a take profit.
  5. Remember crypto trades through the weekend while support works 24/5.

Crypto and bonuses

If you trade with a bonus, check its terms before trading crypto, since bonus rules and the credit stop out can affect volatile positions more than forex ones.

Crypto CFDs vs buying coins

Crypto CFDs let you trade price moves in both directions without a wallet, private keys or blockchain transfers. They also let you use leverage and trade crypto from the same account as forex. The trade-offs are that you never own the coins, positions pay swaps unless your account is swap-free, and leverage magnifies losses as much as gains.

For short-term trading, CFDs are convenient. For long-term holding, owning coins on an exchange may suit better, especially if you want to use them outside trading.

Managing crypto risk

Crypto can move several percent in hours, including at weekends when support is closed. Size positions from your stop loss, keep stops on every trade, and check the specification for each coin's lot size before choosing a volume. Lot sizes differ widely: one lot of Bitcoin is one coin, while one lot of XRP is 10,000 coins.

Crypto on Classic

Classic accounts offer crypto with no commission, but spreads are wider. For occasional crypto trades, Classic can be simpler; for frequent trading, ECN's raw spreads plus 0.12% usually work out cheaper.

Specifications and checking costs

LiteFinance's crypto specification table shows each coin's lot size, current spread and long and short swaps, taken live from the trading server. Before trading a coin for the first time, check its lot size and spread there or in the platform's contract specification, because they vary hugely between Bitcoin and small altcoins.

Swaps can be large on crypto, so if your account isn't swap-free, factor them in for any trade held longer than a day.

Crypto stock CFDs

LiteFinance's crypto section also lists CFDs on crypto-related and large tech stocks, such as Coinbase, MicroStrategy, Nvidia and Tesla. These follow share prices, not coins, and trade during exchange sessions rather than around the clock.

Crypto and the weekend

Crypto trades through the weekend at LiteFinance, while client support and the trading desk work Monday to Friday. Set stops before Friday evening, check margin, and avoid opening large positions you can't monitor. If something goes wrong over a weekend, gather screenshots and contact support when it reopens.

Treat smaller altcoins with extra care: they move further, spreads are wider and they are the most likely to be delisted.

Before your first crypto trade, open a small position to see how spread, commission and swap appear in your account history. Seeing real numbers on a small trade is the cheapest way to understand the costs before you trade larger sizes.

LiteFinance's crypto list is unusually long and swap-free status covers it, which suits Muslim traders who want crypto. The trade-off is that small coins come and go, so check the news before holding them.
